Galileo's Iced Macchiatto

The Macchiato is espresso in its most expressive form. Bold, concentrated shots are lightly marked with a touch of whole milk, offering contrast without dilution. Served hot or over ice, it delivers a crisp, invigorating experience, strong yet refined, intense yet balanced.

The Affogato is where Italian tradition meets indulgence. Silky espresso is poured over chilled cream, creating a luxurious interplay of temperature, texture, and flavor. Our Latte is a study in balance and refinement. Smooth, velvety espresso is gently layered with perfectly textured milk, creating a drink that is both refreshing and indulgent.  A clean, modern finish with 100% whole milk allows the espresso’s character to shine while remaining soft, approachable, and endlessly elegant.

At Galileo’s Coffee, espresso is not merely prepared, it is practiced. We approach coffee as a ritual, one rooted in patience, precision, and deep appreciation for origin and process. Our passion leads us across regions and continents, continuously sourcing and exploring new beans to share with the "Espresso Hobbyists" like ourselves. At the heart of our program, we proudly partner with Rare Breed Coffee Roasters of Nashua, New Hampshire, whose dedication to quality and craft defines our signature espresso and pour-over selections. While we welcome seasonal expressions and limited flavors, our foundation remains in broad, expressive dark Arabica roasts and Colombian Origin beans, chosen for their depth, versatility, and ability to serve as the backbone of countless refined beverages. Each cup is an invitation—to slow down, to observe, and to indulge with intention.

Brewed coffee is where tradition speaks most clearly. Our pour-over service is a daily expression of respect for the bean, the roast, and the individual palate. Prepared fresh throughout the day, our selections rotate by season and origin, allowing each coffee to reveal its unique character—bright, bold, smooth, or complex.

 

Pour overs are not an alternative at Galileo’s; they are a cornerstone, requested just as passionately as our espresso-based offerings. We believe coffee is a complete experience—aroma, texture, temperature, and time—all working in harmony. By honoring multiple brewing methods and flavor profiles, we cater to every preference, celebrating coffee not as a single drink, but as a world meant to be explored.

Galileo's Bakery is not an afterthought, it is a companion to the cup. Each morning, our baked goods are prepared from scratch, in-house, and baked fresh to be served the very same day. Butter, flour, time, and care come together to create pastries that feel familiar yet refined, designed to complement the rhythm of coffee rather than compete with it.

 

Coffee and pastry are meant to meet. A crisp croissant alongside an iced latte. A tender muffin with a bold pour-over. A warm slice of banana bread paired with dark espresso. We thoughtfully craft our offerings to enhance the flavors in the cup, creating pairings that feel effortless, indulgent, and deeply satisfying.

 

Life, after all, is a box of pastries—you never quite know what you’re going to get. Our selections rotate, evolve, and surprise, inviting guests to explore, share, and linger. This same philosophy extends to our catering: curated pastry assortments designed for meetings, celebrations, and gatherings where coffee deserves something equally special beside it. Whether served from our truck or prepared for your event, our bakery brings comfort, elegance, and a touch of sweetness to every moment.

Galileo’s Coffee is housed inside a meticulously reengineered Sprinter van — a mobile café powered by advanced clean battery energy and built with precision at its core. Designed to operate efficiently, quietly, and sustainably, the truck combines EV-grade power systems with professional café equipment, allowing us to serve exceptional coffee without compromise. From refrigeration and warming systems to intelligent load management, every detail has been refined to deliver performance with elegance.

 

Inside, you’ll find a two-group Astoria Avant Pratic espresso machine, precision Mazzer Super Jolly grinding, and professional Bunn brewing systems — all curated to produce up to 1,000 cups of coffee and fresh pastries daily. Inspired by Italian tradition and craftsmanship, Galileo’s is not simply a truck. It is a modern café experience — engineered, elevated, and beautifully mobile.
