Simply browse our calendar to view availability for the next six months and submit a request for your preferred date and service window. Our Guest-Pay service allows your guests to purchase coffee and bakery items directly from the truck during the event, creating a relaxed and authentic café experience for everyone attending. Guest-Pay Booking Requirements To ensure the best service and experience for all events, the following guidelines apply: • Guest-Pay events require a minimum attendance of 100 adult guests per food vendor on site. • A minimum service time of 4 hours is required for all Guest-Pay bookings. • Any changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
